The Ad Ventures Project

This remodeling project in Kettering for Ad Ventures, an advertising and marketing firm, was a total interior tear-out and rebuild. A new front entryway and porch were also created. Once a residence, the building had been zoned commercial for a number of decades. Due to numerous tenants over the years, the interior had become shabby, outmoded and poorly configured. John Roth, the building’s new owner and the company’s president, wanted his place of work restored to a high level of quality with a comfortable, home-like atmosphere. He believed Simms Custom Remodeling was perfect for the task because most of the work was new construction, in many ways similar to a custom home. He knew our company’s ties to HBS Development would result in top-end work and a satisfying experience.

Page’s Office Building

This new commercial building in Springboro was constructed by Simms Custom Remodeling for Brad Page, the owner of Page’s Carpet, a respected flooring contractor. Brad and his staff sell and install quality carpet, wood, ceramic and other flooring products in homes and businesses across the region. As a preferred subcontractor for HBS Development, Brad was quite familiar with the high caliber work he witnessed on HBS projects. He likewise knew our management and respected our way of doing business. Brad didn’t hesitate to choose Simms Custom Remodeling to build his new office complex because he knew he’d get exactly what he wanted, when he wanted it, according to budget, without the hassles.
