This project was an amazing transformation of an unfinished basement
in a custom home that was not originally built by HBS Development.
Years after original construction, the homeowners, Tom and Donna Diehl,
decided it was time to complete the lower level. However, they wanted
better craftsmanship and materials than what they had settled for in
the rest of the home. Familiar with HBS Development as a premier custom
builder, the Diehls decided to trust their basement project to Simms Custom
Remodeling, knowing they would achieve their dreams without compromise.
